ByNorvik Preset License

By purchasing and downloading ByNorvik Lightroom presets ("Presets"), you agree to this license.

What you can do

• Use the Presets to edit your own photos.
• Use the Presets to edit photos you deliver to clients, and sell or publish the edited photos.
• Install the Presets on your own devices (for example your iPhone and your own computer).
• Adjust the Presets' settings for your own use.

What you can't do

• Resell, share, give away, upload or distribute the Presets or any part of them, whether original or modified.
• Include the Presets in a bundle, pack, template, course, app or any other product.
• Claim that you created the Presets.
• Share your download link or account access with others.

One license, one person

Each purchase gives one person the right to use the Presets. If you need to use them across a team or studio, contact us for a team license.

Ownership

ByNorvik owns the Presets. You are given a license to use them, not ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

No guarantee of results

Presets are a starting point. How a preset looks depends on your photo, lighting and camera, so you may need to adjust exposure, white balance or intensity.

Breach

If you breach this license, your right to use the Presets ends and we may take further action to protect our rights.
